Pickup & Shipping Procedures
Safe, Reliable Options for Bringing Your Puppy Home
At Bear Acres Kennel, we offer both in‑person pickup and safe, in‑home delivery options for our Bernese Mountain Dog and Newfoundland puppies. Our procedures are designed to prioritize puppy safety, transparency, and clear communication at every step.
In‑Person Pickup Procedure
We welcome families who prefer to pick up their puppy in person.
Reservation Deposit (Required)
To schedule a pickup appointment, a $400 refundable reservation deposit is required.
-
The deposit allows us to reserve your puppy and block a pickup appointment
-
The deposit is fully refundable if pickup cannot proceed due to breeder‑related circumstances
-
Pickup appointments are scheduled only after the reservation deposit is received
This policy helps us ensure a smooth, organized experience for both our puppies and visiting families.
